湖北黄冈人，博士，讲师，主要从事微生物提高原油采收率，生物纳米提高油气采收率，稠油生物化学催化降粘，含油气污水污泥生化处理，微生物控制SRB产硫化氢等方面的科研工作。近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，国家自然科学基金面上项目2项，国家科技重大专项1项，在国内外核心期刊公开发表学术论文10余篇。主讲本科生课程：《无机及分析化学》、《有机化学》、《固体废弃物处理与处置》、《基础化学实验》。
